Into the Woods

We are the Kimotos, based in Fukushima, with a deep love for nature. As members of the Fukushima Fungi Society and the Tohoku branch of the Mycological Society of Japan, we forage wild mushrooms and keep Japanese honeybees, sharing the forest’s gifts through food and experience.
